No clue on STPI tax holiday for IT/ITeS Companies
I am working with a leading IT consulting company and in last few months they wanted to create some high end 100-200 IT consulting jobs in here in India but got very disappointed with no announcement/update on STPI Tax holiday during recent budget by Mr. Chidambaram and finally are forced to shift all these jobs to Singapore, China, Malaysia & Philippines too.

DON’T update The CV to NASSCOM repository.. YOu will be in Problem
One of our reader warns!
Most of the companies want do not want to waste money on the on going checks any more. Their Plan is once if they have the Data base they can play . also they will come to your salary Details as NASSCOM is planning to share that as well with ur Form 16 details and PAN number and projects ur involved etc. So in this we don’t get any profit . however NASSCOM get the huge revenue from the companies. also a day will come they will just see if you are on bench don’t have a project , Other companies will approach your companies if they have project. However your company will send you to work for the other company for some time till the project is completed and back to existing organization. however these plans are finally not to keep the employee happy or neither give any Hike in the salary.
End of the day we ill work and they will make sure till your last breath and leave. keep in Mind you would not get even the pension after you retire.
