Wipro BPO Mumbai Belapur
This is a very sad thing happening with Wipro BPO. I’ve seen this especially at Belapur (Microsoft process) where Wipro is charging full 2 months notice (even though at the time of joining the notice period was 1 month.. they forcefully took signatures on a letter head for 2 months notice). Even if you give the proper 2 months notice just to live in peace and get your relieving letter and outstanding salary, they deduct not basic but complete Fixed pay (all fixed components including D.A., HRA, Medical, etc) (which is illegal, and can be challenged in court, labour and civil courts). At the end they do not give you a relieving letter stating that you did not perform well purposely during the notice period.
