This has become a fancy word for the companies to use it for their selfish reasons.
Last week in a meeting, my company said that this quarter they have managed to book 150% more projects and last quarter they have had revenues of 30% more than projected numbers.

Hi,
I attended an interview in WIPRO last year on Oracle + Business Objects. I told the HR before interview that I don’t have BO exp . The lay interviewing me was just asking BO questions and I told her that I am more of Oracle resource . She didn’t ask any Oracle question , upon that she has put her project team management problems in front of me .
The interview was waste of time for me and she got team management solutions from me.
Later came to know that she is the BEST resource in that department/project hence I couldn’t really complain or raise concern.

I don’t work in the Big five IT giants. I work for a CMM level 3 company in Pune with a staff strength of 350. Our company is also firing and firing bigtime. The reason ofcourse being given is Downtime and all the usual stuff. Since i know the history of this company and the sales teams activities, let me tell you that their firing has got nothing to do with the global downturn. It is just that they are bad managers. Even now projects are strong for the company but the sales guys as usual mess it all over! Over commit! and under deliver and client gets cheesed off! Moreover the age old problem of politics in the company. This as history would tell us is the largest reason for the downfall!

The experience of joining dishtv is great, you can see lot of advertisement and people working. But the real picture is different. Once you join on a committed CTC, they will change it and when you will ask why, the answer is there is some change in the policy” so you are left with no other choice but say yes and sign on your formalities. Now about the company it is a family driven company where you cannot find professionalism. They talk high but HR has zero power, the company is driven by one man and if the relation is good with the man you will enjoy, you will feel you have been cheated. The truth is you can see no employee stays in the company for long like Service Head, Marketing Head, CEO, Call Center Head, HR Head etc. This is a company where within 15 days you will realize you have made a mistake. My advice stay away. They will never listen to you but will provide you baby spoon.

Unforgettable experience with Wipro
I had very intolerable experience with Wipro.
I have uploaded my resume in their Database and I got call to attend the interview. After the Technical round they told me that you are selected. Since I had only copies of certificates and statements, they asked me to come next day for original verification.
After for some days I didn’t get any reply. One day they called me and asked me to come next day for some discussion. This discussion which i attended last week is what I want to share with you here.
