Infosense launches DN Verifi - Employee Verification service in Bangalore
DN Verifi, a system for listing unprofessional employees, suppliers and companies for small and mid-sized companies, was released at a launch ceremony in Bangalore. DN Verifi enables companies to maintain online lists of employees and suppliers that fail to honour Standard Operating Procedures, employment contracts or terms and conditions of supply. A simple concept, DN Verifi is however, very powerful acting as a deterrent capable of stopping things like resignations without adequate notice, resignation before fair time following training and non-delivery of goods and services.

Infosys Technologies, India’s leading IT firm, is planning to foray into the hospitality sector in Kerala. According to sources, the Group is likely to develop a five-star property at Mohamma in Alappuzha. As part of the plans, Infosys has acquired about twelve and a half acres of land at Mohamma. The Group plans to take yet another two and a half acres of land since it needs a total of 15 acres. As per the sources, the Group started land acquisition seven months ago under the guidance of Kris Gopalakrishnan, CEO, Infosys Technologies and S D Shibulal, Director & COO. “Total cost of the project will be Rs 200 crore,” reveals sources.
