Shocking Experience SBI Card

SBI Credit card is one of the day time robery and they literally cheat the innocent people. Even i had very bitter experience with this bank. They trap the customers and make them to fall as prey ending with looting huge amount of money. I was holding card. What they do usually dont send the statement in time or send just one day before of payment. If you make the payment on the day by cheque that would reflect on next day , so that way they levi charges late payment fee/ interest extra so on. If we call up the customer and talk they dont respond properly. if we leave the card with out transacation even, then you get shock of life that to pay huge amount as penalty or legal notice or guntas to colloect the late payment or whne there is no due from you. Unless govt does something to protect the geniune customer with strong laws, there is no way you can survive with this card or better stay away from these cards.

    I am using SBI card for last 4 years and I am very happy with their service.
